CHEMICAL SURFACE PREPARATION
Our chemical surface preparation facility uses acid baths and dryers for efficient cleaning and preparation of details before painting. The process begins in the baths, where contaminants, grease, and rust are removed from the surfaces of metals such as steel and aluminum, creating a clean and active surface. Next, neutralization and rinsing are performed to completely remove any chemical residues. In the drying unit, the details are thoroughly dried to prevent streaks and ensure they are ready for coating.
